HOLDER VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT LUKE BRYAN, ROW CROP, LLC, KPMANAGEMENT, XORBIA AND ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE EVENT, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS , DIRECTORS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES, ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY HOLDER FROM ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, RIGHTS, ACTIONS, OBLIGATIONS, COSTS, DAMAGES, JUDGMENTS OR LIABILITIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) RESULTING FROM HOLDER'S ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT.
